By creating an in-kind partnership with the Community Foundation, we can provide new benefits for your clients. Our aim is to make it simple for your clients to give to good causes effectively.

We can arrange project visit days for your clients to raise awareness of community activities and philanthropy in the area. We can also provide your clients with the opportunity to set up a charitable fund with us to achieve their philanthropic aims.

We provide individuals and families the opportunity to:

• consolidate their giving in a single, tax-efficient Community Foundation fund (similar to setting up a private charitable trust, though without the administrative burden)
• support them in achieving their philanthropic aims to meet local need in the community
• create an annual deposit fund or set-up an invested account for their giving
• discover new and exciting charities working in areas they care about
• attend guided visits to community projects
• meet like-minded donors and share ideas on philanthropy

We provide charitable trusts the opportunity to:

• have a proportion of funding managed by us, gaining access to our comprehensive grant distribution service and database of charities and community groups
• the ability to pass administration to us, while keeping control over which projects to support
• the option of winding-up a trust that is ineffective or dormant and setting up a new fund with us while preserving or re-organising its charitable purposes
• attend guided visits to community projects
