Matchworks Programme

The Matchworks Programme has been set up to provide community groups with expert knowledge from the private sector to build capacity within projects and aid sustainability while giving local Lancashire organisations the opportunity to increase the skills set, loyalty and pride of their employees.

The Matchworks Programme is giving organisations the ability to provide their employees with opportunities to mentor voluntary and community groups across Lancashire.

The Community Foundation provides funding to large numbers of community groups within Lancashire, many of which would benefit from additional volunteers with expertise in certain fields – this is where the Matchworks Programme will feature.
